Andrea Munro is the Founder and Director of the Moment. Her leadership development philosophy is informed by a successful corporate career and education in psychology, organisational coaching and systemic change. For 20 years she has worked in complex, global organisations across professional services, financial services, health, pharmaceutical, government and technology sectors. Andrea has held leadership roles in agile and traditional ways of working, including Telstra’s Head of Coaching and People Leader in the Organisational Development domain.
She is known for her calm and grounded presence, mature systemic thinking, honesty and care. She welcomes all parts of her clients and their business- the easeful and productive alongside the difficult and reactive- all as necessary parts of the whole. Her clients report a deep sense of safety and openness with her, working at their growth edge and experiencing significant breakthroughs.
