Andrea’s coaching and leadership development philosophy is informed by a successful corporate career, education in psychology and organisational coach training.

Her approach is outcome focused and enables leaders to achieve sustainable growth in performance and impact. She works with clients in a holistic way, enabling external shifts in behaviour and performance, also working with inner beliefs, assumptions and values, and consideration of the system clients are operating within.
