Our coaching programs are customised to the development needs of our clients. 

Individual Coaching

Individual coaching enables shifts in performance, through working with patterns of behaviour, inner beliefs, and the system clients are operating as a part of. Expect to be challenged and supported to work at your growth edge, and to translate insights quickly into action.

A typical program runs over 3-6 months, can be delivered face to face and virtually and including:

  • Six one to one coaching sessions- reflection, insight and action planning
  • Two to three multi-way conversations-including leader/s of the coachee, to align on development goals and progress

Team coaching

Team coaching is a process over time that improves team dynamics, helping the group work more effectively, individually and collectively, to achieve shared outcomes.

Programs are customised and flexible and can be delivered via a blend of face to face and virtual sessions. A typical program will include three phases:

  • Discovery (6 weeks) - Engage with the team individually and collectively to reveal current team dynamics and effectiveness opportunities. Agree shared outcomes and establish buy in with the whole team.
  •  Implement (2-3 months) - Group and individual coaching, observation of team interactions, group reflection to share collective progress
  • Embed (2-3 months) - Ongoing individual and team coaching, customised and targeted based on progress and emerging opportunities for the team. Crucial for creating sustained change and impact. 

Profiling & Feedback

Understand your leadership identity and how you are being experienced by others to build awareness and sharpen development goals. A powerful precursor to individual or team coaching programs.

Receive a personalised feedback report and profile, one to one debrief of results and development planning, based on data gathered via one of:

  • 360 Feedback Interviews- targeted and bespoke, one to one interviews with 6-8 key stakeholders
  • Leadership Circle Profile- online 360 survey with stakeholder and self assessment, key insights to your leadership strengths and opportunities
  • Hogan Profile- self assessment with key insights to your values and environments where you will thrive
